Development Soccer Program - For "House" Players

What is Development Soccer?

Development Soccer is first and foremost a program for each player to enhance their skills in a challenging environment of excellence and to foster their love for the game of soccer.

There is a high expectation of commitment to training as we build on the skills players learn each week. It is imperative the players attend each practice with a positive attitude ready to learn an give their best effort.

U8-U11 is the "golden ages" for players to develop their individual skills! Development Soccer will help players bridge the gap from playing recreationally to competitively at the rep level and beyond.

There will be opportunities to play other Island Clubs in a Jamboree format each fall and spring.

Principles from Canada Soccer Long Term Player Development (LTPD) will be followed.
